A 38-year-old man of Indian origin
was arrested near Mantua Thursday on charges of keeping his wife
on a leash tied to her wrist in front of their children.
The man has been charged with aggravated domestic abuse.
The alleged incident happened in the village of Gazoldo degli
Ippoliti, local dailies reported.
