Orsini said Tuesday he hoped US President Donald Trump and
Premier Giorgia Meloni find a positive synthesis for Europe in
their talks in Washington Thursday.
"In a moment of uncertainty like this, we need concrete answers
to have a vision of the future," said the industrial employers'
federation chief on the sidelines of the Leonardo Awards
ceremony.
"So we hope and expect that in the meeting between the President
of the United States and Prime Minister Meloni, they will
obviously be able to find a positive synthesis for Europe.
"The positive thing is that the Prime Minister speaks on behalf
of all of Europe".
