The Italian Ambassador to Kosovo, Antonello De Riu, was received today by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
During the meeting," the Embassy reported in a note, "the latest developments in the country were discussed, with particular attention to the parliamentary elections held on 9 February and the possible scenarios for the formation of institutions after the certification of the election results.
The importance of further strengthening bilateral relations between Italy and Kosovo was repeatedly stressed by the speakers. Ambassador De Riu met Prime Minister Kurti as part of a series of meetings with the leaders of the main Kosovo parties following the recent elections.
