The Ambassador of Italy to Saudi Arabia, Carlo Baldocci, and the President and CEO of Aramco, Amin Nasser, discussed ways to strengthen strategic relations between Italy and Saudi Arabia in the energy sector.
"Italy boasts a historical and successful presence of numerous companies in the Eastern Province in support of the Kingdom's development objectives and in collaboration with Aramco," Ambassador Baldocci stressed, pointing out the desire "to be increasingly active in the Province with a view to partnership and shared growth. President and CEO Nasser confirmed the important contribution provided by our companies, wishing for an increase in attendance to work together with a view to Vision 2030, with a particular focus on new technologies. The two then agreed to maintain direct contact for the organisation of initiatives that could contribute to the strengthening of collaborations between Aramco and Italian sector operators.
