Villa Italia, residence of the Italian Ambassador to Addis Ababa, Agostino Palese, hosted the 'Belcanto' concert performed by maestro Simone Gramaglia with the young artists who won the second edition of the music award dedicated to the diplomat Filippo Nicosia, who died five years ago. The concert, introduced by the video contribution of Filippo Nicosia's mother, Jenny Trisoglio, was a tribute to the Italian diplomat who died prematurely in 2020, Consul General of Italy in Chongquing and a man of culture and music lover. The programme of the event included the performance of pieces from the Italian operatic and national popular repertoire.
