Inter thrashed Udinese 4-0 at San
Siro on Saturday to restore their two-point lead at the top of
Serie A thanks to goals by Hakan Calhanoglu, Federico Dimarco,
Marcus Thuram and Lautaro Martinez.
Simone Inzaghi's side have 38 points from 15 games, two more
than Juventus, who had held the top spot for a night after
beating champions Napoli 1-0 in Turin on Friday.
Third-placed AC Milan lost more ground with a 3-2 defeat at
Atalanta.
They now trail Inter by nine points.
Jose Mourinho's AS Roma, who are fourth, can move within two
points of Milan if they beat sixth-placed Fiorentina at home
later on Sunday.
However, Fiorentina, who have 23 points, can go above Roma and
fifth-placed Napoli if they win the clash at Rome's Stadio
Olimpico.
