Organisers say there will be no
Russian delegation at the Munich Security Conference. Last
night, US President Donald Trump announced that talks between
American, Russian, and Ukrainian officials would take place in
Munich today.
Yesterday, Kiev denied contact with the Russians, and the BBC
adds that, according to their sources, the German government is
unlikely to have granted visas to the Russians.
