Renault CEO Luca de Meo announced
on Thursday that Revoz, the Slovenian-based assembly plant of
the French car manufacturer Renault, has been selected to
assemble the new Dacia EV, which is based on Renault's Twingo,
according to the Slovenian news agency STA. The small EV, which
Dacia is developing independently based on the new E-Twingo, is
expected to be priced below EUR 18,000 and available in
mid-2026, according to STA.
