explosion in a cafe on Universitetskaya embankment in St.
Petersburg occurred on the evening of April 02 killed Russian
military blogger Vladlen Tatarsky (Maxim Fomin), and injured 40
other people. The explosive device was planted in a figurine
given to Tatarsky by a girl named Daria Trepova. She has been
arrested for two months and faces over 20 years in prison.
