The Embassy of Italy in Argentina and the Secretariat for Innovation, Science and Technology of Argentina presented the first edition of the Binational Award for Technological Innovation, within the framework of the Agreement signed by Ambassador Fabrizio Lucentini and the Secretary, Darío Genua.
It is an initiative - reads a note that also launches the invitation to submit projects - that strengthens cooperation in strategic sectors such as agro-bio-industry, Industry 4.0 technologies applied to manufacturing, and aerospace and satellite technology.
The competition is open to start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises wishing to launch and/or strengthen innovative science- and technology-based projects. The selected project will win a stay in Italy to develop an agenda aimed at exploring collaborations with Italian technology companies, research centres and/or technology poles.
The deadline for submission is set for 30 June at 12 noon (Argentinean time), while the call for proposals and the submission form can be found on the websites of the Embassy and the Argentinean Secretariat for Innovation, Science and Technology.
