Pope Francis is continuing to improve
as he battles pneumonia in a Rome hospital and non-invasive
ventilation has been suspended, the Vatican's medical bulletin
said Wednesday.
"The clinical conditions of the Holy Father are confirmed to be
improving. The Holy Father has suspended non-invasive mechanical
ventilation and also reduced the need for high-flow oxygen
therapy. The progress of motor and respiratory physiotherapy
continues", it said.
"This morning on the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, the Holy Father
concelebrated the Holy Mass", the note added.
