Inter captain and Argentina striker
Lautaro martinez is a major injury doubt for the Nerazzurri's
Champions League semi-final second leg against Barcelona at the
San Siro Tuesday, Inter said Friday.
The tie is poised 3-3 after the first leg at the Nou Camp last
Wednesday.
The 27-year-old World Cup winner underwent clinical and
instrumental tests Friday morning which revealed a strain in his
left thigh flexor, the Milanese club said.
"The Nerazzurri striker's condition will be assessed day by
day," Inter explained in a statement,
They said the Argentine "will certainly be out for Saturday's
match against Hellas Verona in Serie A but his presence against
Barcelona next Tuesday at San Siro is also at high risk."
