The Hungarian government supports
the Donald Trump administration's decision to suspend military
aid to Ukraine, even as the EU considers a new $20 billion aid
package that Budapest opposes, according to Politico.
According to the Guardian, a spokesperson for Viktor Orbán's
government stated that "the president of the United States and
the Hungarian government share the same position: instead of
continuing arms shipments and the war, a cease-fire and peace
talks are needed as soon as possible."
