Go! 2025 is an "international
showcase" for Friuli Venezia Giulia. On February 8th, the day of
the opening ceremony of Nova Gorica-Gorizia as European Capital
of Culture 2025, "the highest authorities will be present in
Gorizia. But it marks the start of an extraordinary year, during
which a series of events will take place, and these will be
further expanded as we work on additional events in Friuli
Venezia Giulia through Go!2025&Friends." This was highlighted by
the President of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Massimiliano Fedriga, on
the sidelines of a meeting in Trieste just a few days before the
official start of the Go!2025 celebrations.
