After the Trump administration
decided to cut funding, the Czech Republic is rushing to rescue
Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. The broadcaster, which has
historically been at the forefront of opposing Moscow and
Tehran's propaganda, will be able to rely on the support of
Prague, which has hosted its headquarters since 1995: "We will
do everything possible to allow it to continue playing this
fundamental role," Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala told the
Financial Times, urging "a coalition of states for a European
solution."
