Ryanair CEO Eddie Wilson said
Wednesday that the probe Italy's antitrust authority has
launched into the low-cost airline was "welcome".
"Let's hope that it is extended to other aspects (of the
business) too, so that it leads to transparency for everyone,"
Wilson said at the presentation of the company's winter-season
programme in Palermo.
He added that Ryanair has presented a plan to Sicilian Governor
Renato Schifani to boost connections to the region with the
creation of up to three million jobs.
